Sure, it may be August, but we are already gearing up for the 2019-20 winter season! And what better way to get excited than to watch our favorite skiing and snowboarding videos from last year? Niseko is now an international hot-spot for video crews looking to showcase the deep powder and unique terrain of the area, so there are plenty to choose from. Check out a few of our favorites below!
Stellar Media
Stellar Media teamed up with Niseko United last winter to bring you a fun video showing what Niseko is all about during winter: deep powder, great food, beautiful culture, and best friends. Cheers!
InCrew – December
This crew of local Japanese snowboarders are very talented and created videos for each month of last winter. This video was shot entirely in the month of December 2018. As you can see, even early winter in Niseko has lots of snow!
Snowboard ProCamp
The popular Youtube series Snowboard ProCamp visited Niseko United and created this entertaining video during their time here. Watch this one for fun look of the everyday winter life in Niseko!

Niseko Shootout Video Competition
The 2018-19 winter marked the first year of the Niseko Shootout Video Competition hosted by Niseko Tourism. Visit their youtube channel to see the videos that were submitted. Both professional crews from around the world and local teams created some amazing visual experiences. Just what we need to tide us over until the snow starts falling!
